 常德金鹏凹版印刷有限公司是常德芙蓉王实业发展有限公司（控股51%）与香港贵联发展有限公司合资兴办的专业从事设计、制版、彩印、并进行特种后加工处理的大型包装彩印企业，公司注册资本1.41亿元，占地面积31770平方米，现有员工530人，（大专以上专业技术人员119人，其中研究生5人，总工程师、总设计师、总工艺师、总会计师、总经济师配备齐全，工程师20人，设计师7人，经济师12人，会计师5人。）2001年实现销售收入4.32亿元。
公司于1995年3月立项，4月谈判签约，5月奠基动工兴建，12月27日开业投产，建设安装期仅219天，创下超深圳速度的金鹏建设速度。公司拥有瑞士博斯特六、七色凹印生产线二条，澳大利亚金印六色凹印生产线一条、德国曼罗兰（6+1）700胶印机一台，罗兰全电脑四色胶印机一台及亚洲第一台引进德国斯托拿圆压圆高速烫金压凹凸机、博斯特烫金模切机等进口设备40多台套，可实现大面积全息烫金防伪技术、连机压凹凸等新工艺，具备了承印120万大箱高中档烟标及其他纸质品包装的年生产能力；公司不断加大研发力度，率先引进了世界一流水准的爱克发电脑设计制版输出系统，瑞士产丝维亚全自动丝网机等先进制版、打样设备，提高了公司产品创新、打造精品综合实力。经过几年的滚动发展，公司通过内培外引，已拥有一支高水准的创意设计和工艺技术骨干力量。
公司成立伊始，便针对中南地区高中档彩印，特别是部分印刷产品需求量大，交货周期短的特点，以“现代创意、凹版彩印”为突破口，迅速填补了市场空白。八年多来，一批批高档产品如“芙蓉王”、以“现代创意、凹版彩印”为突破品，迅速填补了市场空白。八年多来，一批批高档产品如“芙蓉王”、“红河99”、“真龙”、“襄阳”系列烟标和“椰岛鹿龟酒”等系列酒标及设计生产的多款手提袋等，以其精美的质量，完善的服务，逐步得到广大客户及包装印刷界的认可，市场已覆盖湖南、湖北、广西、云南、海南、内蒙、江苏、辽宁等省，获得了良好的企业信誉和经济效益。2000年6月由金鹏公司出资4652万元（占65%）与湘泉集团、湘酒鬼、龙山卷烟厂组建又一合资企业“湖南金泉包装印务有限公司”已于2002年4月顺利投产。

Changde GOLDROC is a joint-venture color printing 5 postgraduates
enterprise invested by FURONGWANG industrial development share
co., Ltd (under control stock 51%) and HONGKONG brilliant
circle development co.,ltd which specialized in designing
\platemaking \color-printing and specific after -print process
packing services. Total registered capital is 1.4hundred million
. The whole corp. covers an area of 31770M2, now we have 530
employees (including 20 engineers, 5 designers, 7 technicians
, 12 ecnomists, 5 certified accountants and total 119 persons
graduated from college
for professional trainings.) and achieved sales revenue of
4.32 hundred million in 2001.
The corp. began in March 1995,negotiated and signed contract
in April, constructed in May,and put into operation on Dec
27 the same year.Only 219 days were used for construction
and installation and created what we called the construction
record made by GOLDROC exceeded SHENZHEN speed.The corp. owned
two pieces of SWISS made BOBST LEMANTIC 5-6 color gravure
presses, a piece of AUSTRILIAN made COMPRINT 6 - color gravure
line, one set of GERMAN made ROLAND (6+1) 700 offset machine
, two sets of GERMAN made fully computerized 4-color off-set
machines, the only GERMAN made STEUER high-speed foil-stamping
&.embossing machine in ASIA., and several SWISS made BOBST
stamping and die-cutting machines , totally over 40 sets of
imported equipment for printing
and after-print process. Now we have achiveved large-area
holografic stamping anti-counterfeit
techniques which means that we have possessed the ability
of printing 1.2million big boxes of senior
/middle rank cigarette-marks and paper-marks. At the same
time , our corp. strives to research and
develop new workrman ship continuously including imported
IKFA computerized designing output
system on behalf of the first level of world,SWEYA fully automatic
screen press and other advanced
machine for plate-making and proof-making ,all those helped
us to improve our comprehensive power
for creating new ideas and producing high-quality products.
After several years practice, we
hve possesed a high-level creative designing- team upon interside-training
and outside recruiting
resources.
After the first beginning of the corp., in view of the huge
demand in quantity about senior/
middle color printing products but in-short-time-delivery
in Middle-south of CHINA , we made a
breakthrough on the basis of "modern imagination,gravure
color-printing" , filled the empty of the
market and came into being a characterized distinctive style
of GOLDROC. During these 6 years,
the products such as "FURONGWANG"/"HONGHE99"/"ZHENLONG"/"XIANGYANG"
serials of cigarette-marks and
"YEDAOLUGUIJIU" serials of wine-marks ,multiple-style
hand bags etc,. All those products have been
acknowleged by the customers and authourised organizations
of packing and printing line for their
nice quality and good services.Now our markets have covered
many provinces and areas such as HUNAN/
HUBEI/GUANGXI/YUNNAN/HAINA/MONGOLIA/JIANGSU/LIAONING and gained
better reputation and received good
economic effects.In June 2000, GoldRoc put investment ( shareholder
65%) with XiangQuan Group ,
Xiang JiuGui and LongShan cigarettes factory togather to establish
HuNan GoldSpring Packing and
Priting co.,ltd .The newly established corp. was successfully
put into operation in April 2002.
Stood on a wonderful point of history, all GOLDROC people
